Operator · Architect · Commercial Leader · Organizational Multiplier

The through-line is not a title. It is being trusted with consequential problems that cross boundaries.

I’ve spent more than 25 years at the intersection of business and technology—bringing architecture, commercial judgment, program leadership, and organizational change to important, ambiguous work.

How I lead

Clarity, ownership,
and room to operate.

I have spent much of my career leading through influence rather than hierarchy.

My default is to establish clarity around the outcome, bring the right expertise into the room, surface tradeoffs early, create explicit ownership, and give strong people room to operate.

I care about creating an environment where better decisions happen faster and useful learning becomes reusable organizational capability.

Current thinking

Stay curious. Stay close to the work.

An active lab of ideas around applied AI, organizational memory, and human + machine operating models. These experiments inform my judgment and keep it open to revision.
